We’ve been working with Peter Ward of Peter Ward Homes, and Charles Ward of Ward Homes Yorkshire, for a while now. Much like they thrive off of building luxury, high-quality housing developments across Yorkshire, we too thrive off of building long-lasting, high-quality relationships – making us a concrete match.
This was something Drunk Animal were excited to get stuck right into, giving the Peter Ward brand a reinvigoration by bringing it into the 21st century, whilst also staying true to its heritage. We rebranded the logo and five existing developments, but also took it one step further to truly bring Peter Ward Homes to life, particularly in the absence of a showhome at their Deira Park, Beverley development.
We used this to our advantage and didn’t just create your standard Show Home. We built a bespoke Show Hub – from concept to completion – for the newest Peter Ward development at Deira Park, Beverley. Featuring room mock ups, an interactive model home – which can be explored virtually – and all of the necessary marketing literature with the main aim of showcasing the luxury lifestyle that Peter Ward offers.
We didn’t stop there – you know that Drunk Animal doesn’t do anything in half measures! Peter Ward not only receives our savvy Social Media Management skills, but we also created a brand new user-friendly website which we have since populated with an array of engaging content. From blogs, to downloadable brochures and 360 virtual tours, giving users a detailed room-by-room look inside at Peter Ward’s stunning house designs.
What’s more, we directed and produced a TV Commercial, showcasing the authentic family moments which make a house a home. The commercial is now live on Sky, reaching thousands of people across Yorkshire. We think it encapsulates the Peter Ward brand perfectly; see for yourself.
Since the new brand identity was established, the show hub created and a strong social media strategy underway, sales of their homes have boomed – and we’re not talking a few – literally millions of pounds. It’s often said that it’s not what you know, it’s who you know and so following on from our successes with Peter Ward, we were put in front of his son to repeat the triumph with Ward Homes Yorkshire.
Things are done a little differently at Ward Homes Yorkshire and so we knew we had to tailor our services to adapt to a different kind of audience. Much like his father, Charles is dedicated to uncompromising design and quality, but with a focus on younger professionals; a new generation of independent house builders.
Our Social Media management for Ward Homes exudes personality, modernity and sophistication, and in his own words have really helped him to keep momentum going for the sake of his homes. Since taking us on in November 2019, we’ve been able to help him sell the 27 homes within 12 months at his fabulous development, The Pastures, in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor
With some exciting developments in the pipeline (we can’t reveal them just yet!), we know that Charlie will trust Drunk Animal with a creative, out of the box approach to engage, excite and inspire his target audience.
What’s more, both Peter Ward Homes and Ward Homes Yorkshire have recently won Pride in the Job award for some of their developments and for Peter and his Old College team, a prestigious Seal of Excellence Award.
