Our team designed and created a simple and stylish dinner and drinks reception, utilising strategically placed light installations both inside and outside the Canham Turner building.
The partnership was promoted across the campus and at scheduled events, with all designs adhering to strict Team GB brand guidelines. Our creations were specifically designed to complement the internal designs produced by Hull University’s marketing department. Our messaging and design followed the themes of high achievement and being extraordinary, based on the British Olympic Association’s values. Students were encouraged to be photographed holding the Olympic torch on our bespoke branded podium and ‘Find Your Extraordinary’ board.
Build & Install
Each element was custom designed and created by our experienced team. On display was a custom built polished steel podium with laser cut details and internal lighting, powder coated and 3D cut table centrepieces, and hand cut and bound Q&A carpeting.
To further spread the news of the launch off-campus, our social media manager was present all day, documenting and sharing. Across all Drunk Animal platforms, images and live videos of the campus signage, podium, Q&A, and dinner event were posted throughout the day. The social media activity accumulated over 8000 impressions online, with above average engagement rates.
