It might be the year of the Rat in Chinese culture, but here at Drunk Animal Creative Studio, 2020 is most definitely the year of the Rooster.

Following a very busy year, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve made a number of strategic hires, storming into a new year, more dynamic than ever before.

Our Creative Director and Founder, Calvin Innes, said, “Over the last 12 months, business has boomed, and that’s because as an agency we’ve listened to our clients and expanded our offering to cater to their needs.”

He added, “Our growth has only been made possible by implementing new processes within the business, allowing us to operate at a much more strategic level than ever before.

“This piece of work has been headed up by Jessica Thorp, our newly promoted Senior Business and Client Account Manager. Since joining the company 18 months ago, Jess has helped us to realise our vision and shape the way we work with clients, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the business.”

As a company, we have expanded our services to include media buying, public relations and event management and production, with the hire of David Drury, Senior Communications Consultant, and Matthew Carter-Rigg, Build Team Leader.

“David and Matt bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their new roles at Drunk Animal,” said Calvin.  “David brings over 15 years of marketing communications experience to the agency, having worked with a wide range of international brands over his career. David will be responsible for ensuring the work we do delivers impact to our clients.

Over the last few years, here at Drunk Animal Creative Studio, we’ve made a name for ourselves by designing and creating high impact, interactive installations and exhibitions, as well as undertaking public consultation initiatives that engage millions of people.

“Matt has more than 20 years’ experience in construction and will bring a range of technical skills in-house for the first time. His appointment will allow us to think bigger when it comes to events and I’m excited about what this could mean for businesses in the region.”
