Luckily for us, following the latest government guidelines released on Monday 12th October, Hull and East Yorkshire have been placed on the lowest tier in the new lockdown system, which means we can continue in our “new normal” in the office, remaining hopeful for the immediate future.

Elsewhere, there may be more doom and gloom than positivity at the moment, but we’re not letting it stop us here at Drunk Animal. We’ve created our own little bubble of positivity to keep spirits high amongst our team members and have been fortunate to be able to continue to thrive amongst all of the uncertainty that twenty-twenty has thrown our way.

You may have seen that we have had a lot going on over the past few months, making us stand out from the crowd and continue to “Rooster” on. Gracie joined us in September as our PR and Communications Officer and Emilie impressed us so much during her work experience that we offered her a full-time position as one of our Content Creators! That’s on top of the three apprentices, Archie, Adam and Aaron, we hired at the start of September too.

Like a lot of businesses that have diversified as a result of the pandemic, we have responded to the market and shifted our focus to better support our clients. The benefit has been that we’ve been able to offer a range of new services such as internal communications and reputation management, to a range of new clients affected by COVID-19. We’re one of the lucky few – we have been able to broaden our client portfolio, becoming even more recognisable for how we transform businesses and brands through PR, Social Media, Crisis Management, Websites, Remote Events and Training, Research, Digital Development and so much more.

It doesn’t stop there, we’ve recently added another job role to our Drunk Animal dream team too and are proud to be able to provide someone with an opportunity to work alongside our Senior Web Developer, Rob.

We’re looking for yet another outstanding individual who will be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of client websites. As Rob’s number two, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and the wider Drunk Animal team to design and build websites from concept all the way to completion; fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function. Happen to be clued up on PPC too? You’re hired!

To find out more about this role, head to the Jobs section of our website. You’ll find it under “Who We Are” and if you’re interested in joining us, drop us a line!

Supporting our Drunk Animals

The importance of looking after our mental health has been and still is a key topic of discussion, even long before coronavirus reshaped society on an international level.  Upon reflection, that’s why this year’s World Mental Health Day on Saturday was probably the most significant one yet and with a theme of “Mental Health for […]
