Senior PPC (Pay Per Click) Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Senior PPC Specialist to join the DA Creative Studio team. You will be responsible for leading our PPC output, including paid social and AdWords and will work closely with the wider team to implement strategies and produce campaigns that deliver against KPIs.

Our client portfolio spans a wide range of industries and business types and our focus is delivering high impact, high engagement social content that connects. We have a track record of delivering campaigns with huge engagement and creating content that goes viral. This role is an opportunity for the right person to do amazing things with paid digital advertising.

You will be responsible for strategic planning, campaign management and digital advertising. As part of your portfolio, you will work alongside the Creative Director and Head of PR & Comms to manage the DA Creative Studio Marketing Social Media accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
  • Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
  • Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends

Skills & Experience:

  • Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any technology related field Degree is preferable for this role however experience and personality fit is far more important than a qualification.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business
  • Functional experience with all channels of Social Media
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets & Slides)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
  • Excellent writing proficiency
  • Ability to direct and brief creative teams
  • Creative Thinking
  • Analytical skills
  • Research and problem solving skills

Additional:

  • You will be client-facing and will be required to attend site visits, being able to drive with access to a car on your working days is essential.
  • Additional certification from Google’s Academy for Ads or similar would be an advantage.
